Pizza Night!!

A great night at home with the Broughs - I made 4 different lots of pizza dough - one of them gluten free in my Thermomix in less than 25 mins - had them all proving for the afternoon. So i made a double batch of Courgette/zuchini slice yum! And vanilla ice cream for the next day. All 8 of us topped our own pizzas - no complaints from the kids! Jeff cooked them in our little Jamie Oliver brazier/pizza oven. Super scrummy and then to top it off I taught Jim how to make Italian style mango Ice cream in 5 mins - heaven!!

Butterfly Birthday Cake to match!

I loved making this cake to surprise Clarisa! Two layer chocolate fudge cake - with delish chocolate frosting, topped with vanilla and chocolate butterfly biscuits of 2 sizes! and sparkly sprinkles of course!

Clarisas 40th Album

I really need to learn how to rotate photos in my blog! The changes I can make in Picasa dont stick! Ah well, I'm just the slow mode techno dork! Well Ive been slack on the creative front - in reference to scrapping lately - been rather preoccupied by my cooking and stepping into the world of Thermomix demonstrating! I am loving experimenting so I will be adding it to my blog and I have also ventured into Instagram - It is just my thing!! So back to my latest offering - I did this 40th album and matching card for my lovely friend Clarisa - I am so lucky to have her in my life and I am glad I could show her with my craft! Debbie & Mike Album

Finally back on here again! The end of a school year is so crazy!! And so far the holidays have been super busy - in a good way!! We have been lucky enough to attend the olympics - wow!! So my latest offering is an album and card to celebrate the marriage of Debbie & Mike! It was an awesome Wedfest enjoyed by everyone there!!

What a wonderful find from Facebook - this is a great Aussie mum - her blog is a really enjoyable read and I love this idea of photo a day. I have always wanted to do a one a day for a year in a special scrapbook - but I really want to do it with a polaroid camera and have not yet convinced myself to spend that money to just do it!But maybe 2013 is the year for it! So my goal for this month is to do the photo a day and go from there - not sure that I will get them uploaded daily but I promise I will take them and play with them using snap seed app. July 1 - Self Portrait - yep its me! Things I have made over Time

One of my all time favourites - Family House, Beyond the Page (Kaiser of course!) - with a picture of each of us through the windows. This has been around a while, I think mid 2008 - from the pictures. I still love looking at the photos. Next, Mini accordian album, from a fun photo shoot we did ourselves at Tannum Sands. It looks lovely either way, my boys have always enjoyed having a play with it. I also made similar ones for gifts, handy being small, easy to do and fun! Finally - 9 Drawer desk organiser - it is so useful for lots of bits! and pretty too!!

Quick PTresent

This is a great quick present, this one is for my Grandma who turned 82 xx It is a mini pic folio from creative memories (sadly closed down in UK) But perfect purse size just right for showing off grand & great grand children x

Party Album

Fun Party Album for a friends 10 Years in the UK!! I used Ruby Rock-it Vintedge collection. I love finding country themed papers. Have you seen the lovely "Great Southern Land" collection our recently from Kaisercraft? Delish - got big plans for that, got to get cracking on it. I really enjoy making these as gifts, easy to personalise and look lovely displayed on a bookshelf somewhere.

Eiffel Tower Conquered!

Paris - February 2011 I loved this family trip to EuroDisney and Paris! Lachlan was a bit apprehensive about the whole Eiffel Tower thing. But Lach then loved the whole experience, he loved the view, took photos and went Ice Skating on the first level near the restaurants - so cool! So that is one major achievement!

Mad Science Boys!

Had fun finally doing these photos of Noah and Josh from Kingscote Mad Science Day! What a blast. Everyone dressed up and got to do all sorts of experiments and eat science food - green noodles etc. I used Kaisercrafts K-Bots range, an oldie that i have a huge stash of - luckily as i love to use it! The grey Bazzil was painted by Josh about 2 1/2 years ago,I had been keeping it for the right page - glad i did! Best thing about scrapbook paper - there is no best before date - so eventually I will find a use for all my stash!! Thats my story anyway.

40th Album

I did this for Jeffs big 4-0 last November, it was the second 40 in this paper, I really like the masculine finish of this range - its an old collection - I think it was Superhero and sadly no longer available. On this wet grey day I am finishing some old and new projects, just waiting for the glue to dry to sand off and embellish ! Will put up pics tomorrow. I am trying to find pictures of albums etc that I have made and gifted - so if any friends and family who have received one could take a photo of it for me and either email or Facebook it, that would be much appreciated!

Photo Stands

These came up a treat for mothers day presents for a friend last year. Quick to complete, very rewarding and look so different just by using different paper collections! I plan on doing some for Christmas presents as they lie flat to pack in by suitcase for the trip back to Australia, and not too heavy.

Baby Shower Fun!!

My lovely friend C and I had a great time planning and crafting for a baby shower for our special friend S. C mad the love BABY sign which =now hangs in babes room! I also made a handbag album which all guests wrote in - just got to find a picture of it! hmmm need to work out how to rotate pics on here! they were the right way up in Picasa lol!
